TracyLegalServices is a firm serving Mesquite, Garland, Rockwall and the surrounding communities, providing multiple services to client law firms with the focus on the individual practitioner or small law firms who are challenged by the significant paperwork requirements of practicing law the way it was intended. We provide services primarily in Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufmann, Collin, and Tarrant counties, but will provide services for other counties throughout the DFW area as well.

We provide a variety of services for law firms. Individual practitioner and small law firms are faced with the possibility of multi-tasking through a mound of paperwork and filings that can be done by a third party. Saving time is money to the individual practitioner. Caseloads are increasing resulting from these firms accepting legal plan business billed at a much lower rate resulting in the need to handle more and more cases to keep revenue stable. We assist by providing more than just certified process service, offering an array of services design to optimize billable hours.

Of course, the individual practitioner can utilize the Sheriff's office for process service, for example. The result is service that will cost about what we charge, but the timing of delivery can take weeks and/or months. We specialize in our approach by limiting the number of requests we receive to assure the service is completed in a timely manner. If we are unable to meet this goal, we will refer the request out to someone who can provide the timely service.
